What length sash is best for me?

The sash should hit just below your hip bone, just around the same place where your hands would hang.  Check out our Sizing Chart

 

Do you ship internationally?

 We are working on it! For now, we are only shipping within the USA.  We will send an email to all our email subscribers as soon as we start our worldwide shipping service. 

 

What are the shipping fees?

Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and will vary according to package size, delivery address, and how fast you'd like to receive it.

  

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay. 

 

How can I make changes to my order?

We start processing orders wihin 24 hours after they are placed, if you contact our team straight away we can update/cancel your order!
Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes.

 

What is your exchange/return policy?

Please write us an email at hello@35coins.com to let us know which item you'd like to return and the reason. We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return an item that is unused and in the original packaging. 

We do not offer free shipping on exchanges or returns.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please write us an email to let us know which item is damaged. We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return an item. In case of damage, we will cover the shipping costs and either refund your money or send you a new one depending on the availability of the item.
