Yes! We ship to the USA and to all EU Countries, Switzerland and the UK.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and will vary according to delivery address, package size and how fast you'd like to receive it.
Shipping fees within Germany are 5.90 Euro.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We start processing orders wihin 24 hours after they are placed, if you contact our team straight away we can update/cancel your order!
Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item that is unused and in the original packaging.
As we are a small company we can not offer free shipping on exchanges or returns.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please write us an email to let us know which item is damaged. In case of damage, we will cover the shipping costs and either refund your money or send you a new one depending on the availability of the item.
WHAT LENGTH SASH IS BEST FOR ME?
